Paul holds a certification in Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University and has completed training by the Rouxbe Cooking School.
During his class, we will explore the amazing and incredible benefits and taste of the chickpea, along with other delicious plant-based ingredients.

About the Instructor:
Paul Duso has been a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for 42 years. He and his wife, Jackie, have been married for 41 years and have resided in Carrollton, GA, since 1982. A runner for as long as he can remember, Paul has competed at every distance up to 100 kilometers (62 miles). He also stays active by training in Pilates, TRX, elliptical workouts, and golf. A longtime vegetarian, Paul went Whole Food Plant Based in 2009. After educating himself by "reading most information [he] could find", Paul became certified in Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University in 2011. In 2017, he completed a Forks Over Knives cooking course by Rouxbe Cooking School. Paul continues to learn and plans to continue educating and cooking for small events.
